Inkspire VA didn’t begin with a plan; it began with survival. At just 18, EJ Nicollana Romero found herself carrying the weight of her father’s illness and mounting bills, forced to build something from nothing. Despite being a top student, she paused her studies, pushed through burnout, and created a lifeline through raw determination. What started in a quiet room at 2 a.m. became a mission to help women rise from overwhelm—just as she had: alone, but not without hope.

Today, Inkspire VA is more than a virtual assistant agency—it’s a movement. What began as a solo journey is now a partnership powered by alignment and experience. After months of building from the ground up, EJ is now joined by a business partner and account manager with over five years of experience in the VA industry, Nikka. Together, they lead with shared values, deep empathy, and a passion for helping women thrive in life and business.

Every woman we serve is a reflection of the story that built us, women with full plates and foggy minds who just need a place to begin. Inkspire VA exists to guide them through the noise, helping them build systems, show up with clarity, and reconnect to their purpose.
